Booking Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost. The remaining balance for any services received is due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we are flexible should you need to reschedule your appointment. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Do you offer consultations for new clients?
Yes, all new clients undergo a mandatory initial consultation to ensure we can provide personalized care based on your specific needs. This consultation is complimentary if you receive a service costing $300 or more on the same day. Otherwise, a consultation fee applies.
