Cancellation and Deposit Policy
We look forward to providing you with high-quality healthcare services. To ensure the effective scheduling of appointments and optimal use of clinic resources, we have established the following cancellation and deposit policy.
Deposit for Consultation
A deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit is applied towards the Medical Consultation and Assessment fees for your visit. You may pay the deposit via credit card, online payment platforms.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Doing so will ensure that your deposit is fully refundable.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
After Consultation: Once the consultation has occurred, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date. To reschedule, please contact our office directly at 647-802-2981 or through our online scheduling platform.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the loss of your deposit.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of serious or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our office to discuss any such situations.
